RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return your Lincoln Richmond Electric Escooter for a refund it is at the discretion of Lincoln Richmond Electric USA and on a case to case basis and should be within 48 hours upon purchased with it’s complete and original packaging at 140 Paya Lebar Road #08-19 AZ Building Singapore 409015, Operating hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am- 1:00 pm (Sundays & Public Holidays are Closed). Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been used, ridden,  abused or damaged in any way.

 

REPLACEMENT:

Replacement of the LCD, Battery, Controller, and Motor is limited only if it is of under manufacturing faults and not of mishandling or any accident/s caused by the user/s, ride in the rain, and ride over water puddles, or having water entered any part of your e-scooter.

 

FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive your order where the product is damaged at the time of delivery you must return back to us or call us immediately upon the day of your purchased at Tel No: 96405151 with the address as follow,
